While studying at Virginia Commonwealth University, he discovered glassblowing, a medium that blended his love of form, color, and craft. After graduating, Pierre stepped away from glass for nearly six years to explore a different dream: cooking. But with the encouragement of his wife, Jennaway, and a period of reflection, he returned to the furnace at Penland School of Craft and rediscovered the art that felt like home.

Today, Pierre lives and works in East Chatham, NY, where he and his family have built a home and studio rooted in creativity and collaboration. His glasswork is a true family endeavor, guided by his belief that form and color carry emotional weight and should feel both expressive and intentional. Pierre welcomes questions, conversations, and connections—his work is meant to be shared.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0562/4587/8940/files/83320A87-A5D5-469F-A565-CFAA78ABEC7B2.png?v=1791761569
