Beth’s Farm Kitchen has been a Hudson Valley staple since 1981, when founder Beth Linskey began creating preserves rooted in simple, timeless recipes. Her approach—celebrating local ingredients and honest flavors—quickly earned a loyal following and set the foundation for a brand built on quality, connection, and a deep love of good food.
In 2016, farmers Jodie Emmett and Guillermo Maciel took the reins, bringing their own passion for small-scale agriculture and land stewardship. As growers themselves, they honor BFK’s legacy by continuing to source from regional farms while cultivating ingredients on their own land. Today, they’re expanding the tradition even further with a new line of farmstead dairy products from their flock of sheep—extending the “farm to jar” spirit into every corner of their work.
