This is a party in a cup.  Six glass colors carefully handblown by local artist Pierre Bowring into one amazing, fun-filled cup.  Each piece shines with Pierre’s passion for his craft and the beauty that he creates.  Featured colors are pink, blue, mint, orange, red and yellow.

Pierre meticulously hand blows each cup and no two are alike.  Kick back and enjoy your favorite cocktail or even a simple glass of water in one-of-a-kind stunning cups.

About Bow Glassworks

Pierre Bowring’s creative path began in the world of abstract painting, a passion shaped early by his mother—an abstract painter—and nurtured throughout high school and college. While studying at Virginia Commonwealth University, he discovered glassblowing, a medium that blended his love of form, color, and craft. After graduating, Pierre stepped away from glass for nearly six years to explore a different dream: cooking. But with the encouragement of his wife, Jennaway, and a period of reflection, he returned to the furnace at Penland School of Craft and rediscovered the art that felt like home.

Today, Pierre lives and works in East Chatham, NY, where he and his family have built a home and studio rooted in creativity and collaboration. His glasswork is a true family endeavor, guided by his belief that form and color carry emotional weight and should feel both expressive and intentional. Pierre welcomes questions, conversations, and connections—his work is meant to be shared.
