Forts Ferry Farm is a 30-acre farm in Latham, NY, founded by chefs Emma Hearst and John Barker. It uses sustainable, chemical-free practices to grow over 250 varieties of vegetables, herbs, and flowers. The farm is also home to honey bees, chickens, and a small livestock program.
