The Rip Van Winkle - Medium Roast

Our café favorite brewed coffee is a blend of Nicaraguan, Peruvian, Guatemalan and Indian beans that are roasted medium.  Mild and rich this coffee has a soft flavor profile with hints of almonds and chocolate.  

The iconic Rip Van Winkle Bridge is a major passageway into Hudson, so Hudson Roastery decided to name its Signature Blend after this place.  It’s also a fictional character; however, he probably wouldn’t have slept over 100 years if he had a cup of The Rip.
